该项研究目的为评价EndoAngel在提高肠镜检查腺瘤检出率中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of EndoAngel on improving the detection rate of adenoma in colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)结肠镜检查有绝对禁忌症的患者；
2)已知多发性息肉综合征；
3)炎症性肠病，结直肠癌，结直肠外科手术史；
4)既往有失败的结肠镜检查；
5)活检禁忌症患者；
6)已知或怀疑肠梗阻或穿孔患者；
7)怀孕或哺乳期患者；
8)研究者认为受试者不适宜参加临床试验的高危疾病或其它特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with absolute contraindications to colonoscopy examination;
2) Known polyposis syndromes;
3) A history of inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer and colorectal surgery;
4) Patients with prior failed colonoscopy;
5) patients with a contraindication for biopsy;
6) Known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation;
7) Patients in pregnancy or lactation;
8) Researchers believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in the trial.
