研究目的：

1. 验证隔药饼铺灸治疗月经过少寒凝血瘀证的临床有效性； 2. 从调节子宫微循环角度初步分析隔药饼铺灸治疗月经过少寒凝血瘀证的作用途径； 3. 为月经过少寒凝血瘀证的临床治疗以及隔药饼铺灸疗法的临床推广应用及其作用机理的研究提供有效依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the clinical effectiveness of herbal cake-separated spreading moxibustion in treating the hypomenorrhea due to cold-coagulation and blood-stagnation; 2. To analyze the pathway of herbal cake-separated spreading moxibustion in treating the hypomenorrhea due to cold-coagulation and blood-stagnation from adjusting the uterine microcirculation; 3. To provide effective evidences for the clinical treatment of hypomenorrhea due to cold-coagulation and blood-stagnation and the clinical generalization and mechanism study of herbal cake-separated spreading moxibustion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①长期运用影响子宫血流的药物治疗者；
②合并有先天性子宫发育不良、卵巢发育不全、子宫内膜结核、盆腔器官组织恶性肿瘤、严重皮肤病以及精神病患者；
③对药饼接触过敏以及不能耐受艾灸气味烟味者；
④不能配合检查和治疗者；
⑤无性生活经历者；
⑥根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他情况，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The woman who long-term uses drugs that affect uterine blood flow;
2. The woman who has congenital uterine dysplasia, ovarian hypoplasia, endometrium tuberculosis, pelvic organ tissue malignancy, severe skin disease or mental disease;
3. The woman who is allergic to medicine cakes and cannot tolerate moxibustion;
4. The woman who can't to cooperate with examination and treatment;
5. The woman who has no sexual experience;
6. The woman who may reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes of work and other circumstances that may easily lead to loss of follow-up.
