这个项目的目的是开发一个计算机算法，可以根据数字照片从三个不同的角度精确地预测病人气管插管的难易程度。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to develop a computer algorithm that can accurately predict how easy or difficult it is to intubate a patient based upon digital photographs from three different perspectives.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

曾有头部或颈部手术史的患者将被排除在外。此外，如果患者的有中心静脉导管或其他干预措施阻碍患者的正面和侧面的全貌特征的判断，以及那些根据我们的标准判断既不是简单插管也不困难插管的患者将被排除在外。其他符合纳入标准但不同意获取头颈部照片的患者将被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had undergone head or neck surgery will be excluded. Additionally, patients in whom central venous catheters or other interventions that prevent full view of the features of the face in frontal and profile views as well as patients who were neither easy nor difficult to intubate by our criteria will be excluded. Patients who otherwise meet inclusion criteria but who do not consent to acquisition of photographic images of the head and neck will be excluded.
