研究目的:

目前,对于青少年生理曲度以及其功能的定量研究鲜见,青少年脊柱健康相关的研究尚停留在对常见疾病的研究。因此,本研究对青少年脊柱的生理曲度及其基本功能进行定量的抽样调查,从一定程度上掌握了青少年脊柱健康现状。通过对数据的分析,为在青少年学生中开展姿势性脊柱健康筛查提供了可参考的方案,从而为预防青少年严重脊柱相关疾病、降低成年后罹患脊柱相关问题的风险提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

At present, quantitative studies on the sagittal shape and function of the adolescent spine are rare. Therefore, this study sampled and quantitatively measured the physiological curvature of the spine and its basic functions in adolescents, to a certain extent, to know determine the status of adolescent spinal health among Chinese students. Through the analysis of the data, it this study provides a reference value for the development of postural spinal health screening among adolescent students, so as to and provides a direction for the prevention of preventing serious adolescent serious spinal-related diseases and reduce reducing the risk of spine-related problems in adulthood.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

对受试者进行发放筛选问卷并由康复治疗师对受试者进行脊柱相关检查,排除标准如下((排除可能影响脊柱的疾病以及疼痛激惹,降低对脊柱形态与功能的影响)):
a.患有脊柱骨折史、脊柱相关手术史、肩关节运动损伤、骨盆相关损伤或有明确的脊柱相关疾病诊断(如马尾综合症、腰椎间盘突出症、椎管狭窄、先天性脊柱侧弯、特发性脊柱侧弯等)。
b. 近一个月内出现脊柱部位疼痛现象
c. 近一个月内发生过腰背部急性损伤
d. 近一个月内出现,四肢骨折、关节创伤等现象。
e. 有明显结构异常的结构性脊柱后凸
f. Adams前屈实验阳性。
g. 异常脊柱后凸合并胸廓畸形(受试者上身裸露,取立正姿势,如外耳道在肩峰、大转子垂直面之前,脊柱胸曲增大,表现为为前胸部塌陷、头颈部前移,腹部向前突出,则可能为脊柱后凸异常。如发现受试者胸椎前凸、后凸、侧后凸、侧凸等致使外形发生明显改变,且失去常态,表现为胸廓两侧不对称,肋间隙变窄或增宽,胸骨向一侧移位,胸廓变短,前后径增加,心尖搏动点移位。

Exclusion criteria:

The subjects were given screening questionnaires and were examined by rehabilitation therapists. The exclusion criteria were as follows:
1. History of spine fracture, spine-related surgery, shoulder joint motion injury, pelvis-related injury or definitive diagnosis of spine-related diseases (such as cauda equina syndrome, lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, congenital scoliosis, idiopathic scoliosis, etc.);
2. Pain in the spine in the past month;
3. Acute spine-related injuries in the past month;
4. Limb fracture, joint trauma and other phenomena in the past month;
5. Structural kyphosis with obvious structural abnormalities;
6. Positive Adams flexion test (to exclude possible scoliosis);
7. Anomalous kyphosis with thoracic deformity.
