在尽可能消除混杂因素的基础上，比较植入后稳定型与后交叉韧带保留型全膝关节假体的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical outcome of posterior-stablized (PS) with cruciate-retaining (CR) total knee prostheses after the elimination of confounding variables.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有严重的心肺疾病（ASA评分≥3）；软组织条件差；膝关节既往有手术史，或者关节需要通过移植骨和/或加强块来完成复杂的重建。

Exclusion criteria：

With history of or objective findings indicating cardiopulmonary disease (i.e. ASA-score ≥ 3); compromise of soft-tissue envelope; previously operated joint, and joints requiring a complex reconstruction with bone graft and/or prosthetic augmentation.
