研究口腔科术后患者膈肌功能障碍的主导因素，废用性肌萎缩OR炎症引起肌萎缩,以期指导临床上口腔科术后患者机械通气模式选择

Objectives of Study：

To study the leading factors of diaphragm dysfunction after stomatology surgery, disuse muscular atrophy OR muscular atrophy caused by inflammation, so as to guide the selection of mechanical ventilation mode for patients after stomatology surgery

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄>75岁或年龄<18岁,24H内停止机械通气,截瘫,多器官功能衰竭

Exclusion criteria：

Mechanical ventilation stopped within 24H, paraplegia, multiple organ failure.
