研究目的: |
GLP-1受体激动剂是一种新型降糖药物,不仅能降糖减重,还具有心血管保护作用及低低血糖发生率等特点,但是在临床使用过程中及多个临床研究都表明了其药物疗效及不良反应都存在明显的异质性。故本研究拟针对GLP-1信号通路基因多态性及其药物治疗表型之间的关系进行研究,明确影响GLP-1RAs在体内血药浓度、药物疗效及胃肠道不良反应发生情况的主要基因多态性,进而制作SNP芯片技术为GLP-1RAs甚至其他降糖药在2型糖尿病治疗中的个体化及精准化治疗打下良好基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
GLP-1 receptor agonist is a new type of hypoglycemic drug, which can not only reduce blood glucose and weight, but also has the characteristics of cardiovascular protection and low incidence of hypoglycemia. However, many clinical studies and clinical practice have suggested that the drug have individual differences in therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the relationship between gene polymorphism of GLP-1 signaling pathway and pharmacotherapy phenotype, identify the main gene polymorphisms that affect GLP-1 RAs blood concentration, drug efficacy and gastrointestinal adverse reactions, and use SNP chip technology lays a good foundation for the individualized and precise treatment of GLP--1RAs and other hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. |
