研究目的：

评估孕期补充B族维生素改善内皮功能以预防子痫前期的效果及机制  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the impact of vitamin B supplementation during pregnancy imporving endothelial function to prevent preeclampsia in Chinese and explore the mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

B族维生素干预使用的复合B族维生素（商品名维康福，国药准字H31022514）系上海中美施贵宝制药公司生产，由项目组统一采购配发，1盒30片，每片含维生素B1 2 mg、维生素B2 2 mg、烟酰胺15 mg、维生素B6 2 mg、维生素B12 2 μg。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The vitamin B supplements produced by Bristol-Myers Squibb (China) company, includes thia-mine (vitamin B1) 2 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2 mg, niacin (vitamin B3) 15 mg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 5 mg, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 2 mg and the cobalamins (vitamin B12) 2 μg.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 多胎妊娠；
2) 胎儿宫内发育异常；
3) 纳入前28天内有服用含B族维生素的营养素补充剂；
4) 自主能力受限（包括学习困难或严重精神疾病）；
5) 怀孕前已患有高血压疾病、糖尿病及严重脏器疾病；
6) 研究者因任何原因认为不适合参与此项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancies;
2. Women taking supplements containing B vitamins within the previous 28 days;
3. Pregnancies complicated by major fetal abnormality identified at the 11-13 weeks assessment;
4. Women who are unconscious or severely ill, those with learning difficulties, or serious mental illness;
5. Any other reason the clinical investigators think will prevent the potential participant from complying with the trial protocol.
