研究目的:

研究机器学习在评估急诊手术患者维手术期风险的作用,并阐明对预后的判断的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the role of machine learning in assessing the risk of vasectomy in patients undergoing emergency surgery and to elucidate the impact of machine learning on prognostic outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

本研究为一项多中心前瞻开放性研究,采用病例对照组设计。计划入组10000+例以上外科急诊手术患者,入组期为2周。患者入组后,均按目前现行智能进行治疗和手术,整个研究阶段将会安排随访,并由急诊、住院、影像、化验系统分别采集患者基本信息和各项检查化验数据。主要的评价指标为凝血功能障碍,心血管并发症,急性肾功能不全,低钾血症等围手术期风险。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

This study was a multicenter prospective open study, using a case control design.Plan to enroll more than 10000 patients with surgical emergency surgery, the enrollment period is 2 weeks.After the patients were enrolled, they were treated and operated according to the current intelligence. Follow-up visits will be arranged throughout the research stage, and the basic information and test data of the patients will be collected by the emergency, hospitalization, imaging and laboratory systems.The main evaluation indexes were coagulation dysfunction, cardiovascular complications, acute renal insufficiency, hypokalemia and other perioperative risks. 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 由于颅内血管畸形、颅内动脉瘤、肿瘤卒中引发的出血;
2. 脑疝患者;
3. 必须接受急诊颅内血肿清除术的患者;
4. 孕妇。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hemorrhage due to vascular malformation, intracranial aneurysm or brain tumor apoplexy;
2. Patients with brain herniation;
3. Patients with the requirement of emergency operation to evacuate the intracerebral hematoma;
4. Pregnant women.
