通过研究慢性胃炎发生发展过程中胃肠道菌群变化情况，检测分析疾病发展不同时期胃肠道菌群的特征，构建辅助OLGA分级分期系统预测早期胃癌的患病风险的菌群模型。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the changes of gastrointestinal microbiota during the occurrence and development of chronic gastritis, and analyzing the characteristics of gastrointestinal microbiota in different stages of disease, a microbiota model was constructed to assist OLGA grading and staging system to predict the risk of early gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入组前一个月内服用过抗生素、益生元或质子泵抑制剂的患者；
2. 处于妊娠期的妇女；
3. 结肠癌、慢性肠道疾病（IBD、IBS等）患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had taken antibiotics, probiotics or proton pump inhibitors within one month prior to enrollment;
2. Women in pregnancy;
3. Patients with colon cancer, chronic intestinal diseases (IBD, IBS, etc.).
