研究目的：

探讨超声引导经皮微波消融(MWA)治疗乳腺良性结节的可行性和疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of ultrasound guided percutaneous microwave ablation of (MWA) in the treatment of benign breast nodules

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有较严重的凝血功能障碍；②全身其他任何部位存在急性或活动性的感染性疾病；③严重高血压、糖尿病及心肺功能不全者；④肿块最大径>35 mm；⑤妊娠或哺乳期；⑥病理证实为恶性的结节；⑦超声不能显示的病变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe coagulation dysfunction;
(2) acute or active infectious disease in any other part of the body;
(3) severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
(4) the maximum diameter of mass > 35 mm;5 during pregnancy or lactation; 6 pathologically confirmed as malignant nodules, 7 lesions that can not be shown by ultrasound.
