研究目的：

本研究项目主要运用多种磁共振成像手段，采用高分辨MRI序列、弥散加权成像（diffusion-weighted imaging，DWI）和动态增强三维容积式内插法屏气检查 ( 3D volumetric interpolated breath-hold examination，3D VIBE)，清楚显示直肠壁的解剖结构，以期为直肠癌术前评估和肿瘤分期提供更准确的影像信息和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project is that uses a variety of magnetic resonance imaging methods, including high-resolution MRI sequences, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and 3D volumetric interpolated breath-hold examination（3D VIBE) shows the anatomy of the rectal wall clearly in order to provide more accurate image information and evidence for preoperative evaluation and tumor staging of rectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

MRI检查禁忌症（如体内有金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症等）的患者，磁共振对比剂过敏的患者，不能配合完成整个检查过程的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications of MRI (such as metal implants, claustrophobia, etc.),patients with hypersensitivity of magnetic resonance contrast agents, patients who can't cooperate the entire examination process .
