研究目的：

1)开发、集成可穿戴式生物传感设备与智能手机应用，实现对生物指标、手机使用行为和情绪状态的动态连续监测； 2)构建生物行为指标与疾病症状严重程度之间关联的数理模型，筛选敏感度高、适合临床使用的关键性客观指标； 3)建立患者、家属、医生多方参与的抑郁症疾病管理平台，初步验证该平台在非医疗环境下进行疾病管理的适用性和可接受性。

Objectives of Study：

1) develop and integrate wearable biosensor devices and smart phone applications to achieve dynamic and continuous monitoring of biological indicators, mobile phone use behavior and emotional state; 2) build a mathematical model of the correlation between biological behavior indicators and the severity of disease symptoms, and screen the key objective indicators with high sensitivity and suitable for clinical use; 3) establish a depression disease management platform with the participation of patients, family members and doctors, and preliminarily verify the applicability and acceptability of the platform for disease management in a non-medical environment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）既往诊断双相情感障碍者、精神分裂症、分裂情感性精神障碍及其它疾病伴发的精神障碍者；
2）既往曾有酒药依赖及急性中毒史的患者；
3）目前有严重躯体疾病研究者认为不适合入组本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and mental disorders associated with other diseases;
2. patients with previous alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning history;
3. at present, some researchers with severe physical diseases consider it inappropriate to be enrolled in this study.
