研究胸腔镜（VATS）肺癌手术保留迷走神经的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical significance of preserving the vagus nerve during thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前两周内因咳嗽应用药物治疗者；术前3月存在腹胀、腹泻、便秘的患者。
2. 手术过程中转开胸、出血量大于1000ml者；
3. 肺癌行二次手术、同期双侧手术、全肺切除患者；
4. 胸腔粘连严重、肿瘤直接侵犯、淋巴结肿大致迷走神经解剖分界不清者；
5. 不同意参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drug therapy was given for cough within two weeks before operation, and abdominal distension, diarrhea and constipation were found 3 months before operation;
2. Opening the chest during the operation and the amount of bleeding is more than 1000 ml;
3. Second operation, simultaneous bilateral operation and total pneumonectomy for lung cancer;
4. Severe thoracic adhesions, direct invasion of tumors, lymphadenopathy and vagal nerve dissection are not clearly demarcated;
5. Disagree with Participating Researchers.
