To investigate the synergistic effects and mechanisms of saturated fatty acids and oxidative stress in liver tissue of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：
1. 患有肝硬化或由饮酒、病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病等所致脂肪肝者
2. 合并有心、肺、肾功能严重异常者
3. 不愿意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cirrhosis or, fatty liver disease caused by alcohol, viral hepatitis, drug;
2. complicated with severe abnormal cardiac, pulmonary and renal function;
3. did not agree to participate in the study.
