研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较肝硬化合并严重凝血功能障碍患者两种输血策略(常规凝血试验指导或血栓弹力图指导)的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of two transfusion strategies (routine coagulation test guidance or thrombolytic diagram guidance) in patients with cirrhosis and severe coagulation dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急性肝衰竭；
2. 目前有应用抗凝药物；
3. 合并血友病或其他血液系统疾病；
4. 同时参与了另一项输血相关实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute liver failure;
2. Anticoagulants are being used;
3. Hemophilia or other diseases of the blood system;
4. Participating in another blood transfusion related study.
