研究目的：

对原发性痛经和非痛经年轻成年女性肠道菌群组成特点进行初步研究。 探讨饮食（膳食纤维）干预对原发性痛经年轻成年女性的肠道菌群影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the characteristics of intestinal flora in young adult women with primary dysmenorrhea and non-dysmenorrhea. To explore the effect of dietary fiber intervention on intestinal flora of young adult women with primary dysmenorrhea.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有慢性疾病或系统疾病病史者；
2）近三个月使用抗生素者；
3）有精神病或神经系统疾病病史者
4）研究者认为患者有其他可能影响研究结果或导致本研究被迫中途终止的因素

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with a history of chronic or systemic diseases;
2) Those who used antibiotics in the past three months;
3) Persons with a history of psychosis or neurological disorders;
4) Researchers believe that patients have other factors that may affect the results of the study or lead to the forced termination of the study.
