研究血清铁蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者微血管并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of serum ferritin on microvascular complicationsin patients with type 2 diabetes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）已经存在糖尿病视网膜病变
（2）各种急、慢性肾脏疾病
（3）血液系统疾病（如贫血、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合症等疾病），需要定期输血的患者，或其他原因近3月有输血史的患者
（4）近3月有出血史、手术史
（5）肝酶升高3倍以上，肝炎，酒精性肝病
（6）患有重大疾病，如肝硬化、心衰、癌症等
（7）有明确的炎症、感染或风湿性疾病，CRP＞10.0mg/L
（8）急性应激状态
（9）预期寿命不足2年
（10）患有严重精神疾患，无法完成随访者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy already;
2. Diagnosed as acute or chronic kidney disease;
3. Blood systerm disease (including anemia and myelodysplastic Syndrom),subjects who need blood transfusion or with a history of blood transfusion in recently three months;
4. A History of bleeding or surgery;
5. Subjests with ALT≥3X and other live disease, such as hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease and liver cirrhosis;
6. Other serious disease, such as heart failure, renal failure and cancer;
7. Acute and chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, CRP >10.0mg/L;
8. Acute stress state;
9. Expectation of life is less than 2 years;
10. Serious mental illness.
