Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在可能影响本研究的效应指标观察者；②视力、听力异常患儿。③中途主动退出或失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are effect indicators that may affect the study;
2. children with visual acuity and hearing abnormalities;
3. Those who voluntarily withdraw or lose their visits halfway.
