研究目的：

（1）以NSCL/P患者作为被试，排除镇静剂、病程等混淆因素的影响，探讨NSCL/P儿童期及成年期患者在静息态下的结构变化及大脑网络功能连接的神经机制，探索NSCL/P患者脑结构和功能与相关问题之间的关系，预判唇腭裂患者治疗效果。 （2）探索NSCL/P儿童期、成年期患者在静息态下的全脑功能连接异常，使用多体素模式分析的方法，从宏观水平上对NSCL/P患者的局部和整体大脑网络的变化进行研究，选择感性兴趣的核心区域进行针对性的筛选有效神经康复及语言康复治疗手段。 （3）探讨NSCL/P有言语障碍和无言语障碍患者脑结构及大脑功能活动异同。 （4）探讨NSCL/P患者脑结构及功能变化与生长发育的相关性。 （5）探讨CLP和ICP患者的神经机制差异 （6）探索不同性别的NSCL/P患者脑结构及大脑功能活动差异  

Objectives of Study：

1. Taking NSCL/P patients as subjects, to eliminate the influence of tranquilizer, course of disease and other confounding factors, to explore the structural changes of children and adults with NSCL/P and the neural mechanism of functional connection of cerebral network in children and adulthood. To explore the relationship between brain structure and function and related problems in patients with NSCL/P, and to predict the therapeutic effect of cleft lip and palate; 2. To explore the abnormal whole brain functional connection in children and adults with NSCL/P, using the method of multivoxel pattern analysis, to study the changes of local and global brain network in NSCL/P patients at the macro level. Select the core area of perceptual interest for targeted screening of effective neural rehabilitation and speech rehabilitation treatment; 3. to explore the similarities and differences of brain structure and brain function between NSCL/P patients with and without speech disorders; 4. to investigate the relationship between the changes of brain structure and function and growth and development in patients with NSCL/P; 5. to explore the difference of neuromechanism between CLP and ICP patients; 6. to explore the difference of brain structure and brain function between NSCL/P patients of different genders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.除唇腭裂外有其他影响实验结果的疾病；
b.具有重度认知障碍者（MMSE筛查分值≤9分），韦氏智力测试总智商≤70；
c.听力障碍；
d.不能配合本实验相关评定、检查及治疗者；
e.有磁共振检查禁忌；
f.不同意参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diseases other than cleft lip and palate that affect test results ;
2. a central nervous system disease such as epilepsy Patients with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE screening score ≤ 9);
3. Can't cooperate with the evaluation, examination and treatment of this test;
4. with taboo of magnetic resonance examination;
5. Other situations where the researchers do not think it is appropriate to take part in.
