Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the Clinical Effectiveness and safety of Peramivir in the Treatment of Severe Influenza A with Pneumonia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：半年内接种过流感疫苗，一个月内服用过M2离子通道阻断剂（金刚烷胺、金刚乙胺等）和神经氨酸酶抑制剂（奥司他韦、扎那米韦等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) vaccinated for influenza within the past six months; (2) taking M2 channel blockers (e.g., amantadine, rimantadine) and neuraminidase inhibitors (oseltamivir, zanamivir, etc.) within the past one month.
