研究目的：

旨在了解肛周脓肿术后换药镇痛现状。为临床探索出一项操作性更强、对患者机体无创伤的、更具有经济可比性的镇痛方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to understand the current situation of dressing change and analgesia after perianal abscesses operation. To explorate a analgesic method that is more operative, non-invasive to the patient's body, and more economically comparable for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有严重的心、肝、肺、肾等系统疾病以及精神严重异常者；肠梗阻患者；孕妇；氧化亚氮过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases and severe mental disorders;
2. Patients with intestinal obstruction;
3. Pregnant woman;
4. Nitrous oxide allergy.
