Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of Lando artificial dermal regeneration matrix for reconstruction of dermal defects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）创伤部位严重感染者；
（2）慢性创面真皮层缺损者；
（3）有严重糖尿病者；
（4）创伤部位清创不完全者；
（5）合并有心脑血管、肝肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；
（6）入院后受伤肢体严重坏死者；
（7）既往病症：出凝血功能异常、感染疾病活动期、全身情况差或有严重内科疾病者、带心脏起搏器者；
（8）3个月内参加过其它临床试验项目者；
（9）研究者认为其他不适合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe wound infection at the wound site;
(2) Patients with dermal defects caused by chronic illness;
(3) Patients with poorly controlled diabetes;
(4) Patients with wound beds that were not thoroughly debrided;
(5) Patients with complicated comorbidities such as heart, brain, blood vessel, liver, kidney disease, hematopoietic systemic disease, or other serious primary disease;
(6) Patients with serious necrosis on injured limbs after admission;
(7) Patients with medical histories such as coagulation disorders, infectious diseases, poor general condition, and severe medical diseases, or patients with cardiac pacemakers;
(8) Patients who had participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before joined in the trial;
(9) Other cases that researchers believe not suitable for the participants of the trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

《医疗器械临床验证记录表》的填写与移交：临床试验医生根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入《医疗器械临床验证记录表》。临床试验完成后，《医疗器械临床验证记录表》交数据统计员进行数据录入与管理工作。 监查员需监查试验的进行是否遵循试验方案，确认所有的《医疗器械临床验证记录表》填写正确完整，并与原始资料一致。如有错误和遗漏，应及时要求试验医生更正。 数据录入与管理由数据统计员负责。对《医疗器械临床验证记录表》中存在的疑问，数据统计员将向研究者发出询问，研究者应尽快回复，数据统计员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认与录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Filling in and handing over the Case Record Form (CRF): The doctor filled in the CRF completely, correctly, and clearly, according to the original observation record of the subjects. After the clinical trial was completed, the CRFs were handed over to the data statistician for data entry and management. The auditors monitored whether the clinical trail was conducted in accordance with the plan, and confirmed that all the CRFs were correctly and completely filled in and consistent with the original data. If there were some errors or omissions, the doctors should be required to correct the CRF in time. The data statisticians were in charge of data entry and management. If they had questions about CRF, they should inquiry to the investigators, and the investigators should reply as soon as possible. The data statisticians should modify, confirm and enter the data according to the investigators’ reply.
