研究目的：

（1）制定“基于FSU可恢复性”的上颈椎创伤（寰椎骨折、寰枢关节复合型骨折）、下颈椎创伤、胸腰椎创伤的综合治疗策略； （2）临床验证“基于FSU可恢复性”的上颈椎创伤（寰椎骨折、寰枢关节复合型骨折）、下颈椎创伤、胸腰椎创伤的综合治疗策略对脊柱运动功能及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To establish a comprehensive treatment strategy for upper cervical spine trauma (the atlas fracture, atlanto-axial complex fracture), lower cervical spine trauma, and thoraco-lumbar trauma based on FSU recoverability; (2) Clinically validated the effect of the comprehensive treatment strategy of upper cervical vertebrae trauma (vertebral fracture, atlantoaxial joint fracture), lower cervical spine trauma, thoraco-lumbar trauma based on FSU recoverability on spinal motor function and quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

颈椎骨折部分：陈旧性骨折或者病理性骨折，解剖变异者如 Klippel-Feil综合征; 急性期予以寰椎骨折手术治疗者；既往有颈椎手术史；随访不足2年者。
胸腰椎骨折部分：受伤时男性大于70岁/女性大于50岁；低能量损伤（平地跌倒、无明确外伤史）；因肿瘤、感染导致的椎体病理性骨折；伤后至末次MRI检查间隔小于10年；因记忆功能障碍不能描述受伤详情及治疗经过者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cervical vertebrae trauma: previous fractures or pathological fractures, anatomical variants such as Klippel-Feil syndrome; acute treatment of atlas fractures; previous history of cervical surgery; follow-up less than 2 years.
Thoracic and lumbar vertebrae trauma: male over 70 years old / female over 50 years old at the moment of trauma; low energy injury (fall of flat land, no clear history of trauma); pathological fracture of vertebral body due to tumor, infection; post-injury to last MRI The interval between examinations is less than 10 years; the detail history of injury and treatment cannot be described.
