评价准分子激光斑块消蚀术联合药物洗脱球囊对比单独药物洗脱球囊治疗老年糖尿病足的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Compare efficacy and safety between Excimer Laser Ablation (ELA) combined with drug-coated balloon (DCB) and drug-coated balloon (DCB) treated in elderly diabetic foot

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）糖尿病足（Wagner 0级和5级）：Wagner 0级尚未发生溃疡，Wagner 5级感染病情严重需要截肢；2）导丝无法通过病变；无流入道或流出道；无法行腔内治疗；3）拒绝准分子激光斑块消蚀术；4）已行经皮腔内球囊扩张术或旁路血管搭桥术；5）存在腔内手术禁忌症无法手术治疗，如重大脏器功能不全，肾功能不全不能耐受造影剂，造影剂过敏等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetic foot (Wagner level 0 and level 5): Wagner level 0: no ulcer, Wagner 5: severe infection up to amputation;
2. Guide wire cannot pass through diseased region, no inflow and outflow tract, cannot use endovascular treatment;
3. Refuse to use Excimer Laser Ablation (ELA);
4. Already treated by drug-coated balloon (DCB) or bypass angioplasty;
5. Has contraindication of endovascular treatment, severe organ dysfunction, renal insufficiency cannot tolerance to contrast medium, contrast medium allergy.
