研究目的：

本篇研究先了解脊柱側彎與青少年心肺功能、平衡能力、肌肉力量與柔軟度之差異，並藉由針對原發性脊柱側彎的特定物理治療方法與原發性脊柱側彎的特定物理治療方法添加心肺能力訓練後了解患者之心肺功能、平衡能力、肌肉力量與柔軟度之功能性表現訓練前後的差異，用以了解脊柱側彎之各項功能性表現與正常青少年間之差異，並了解在脊柱側彎運動治療之後對脊柱側彎患者之各項功能性表現之影響。  

Objectives of Study：

This study first understands the differences between scoliosis and adolescent cardiopulmonary function, balance, muscle strength and softness, and specific physical therapy for primary scoliosis and specific physical therapy for primary scoliosis Methods After adding cardiopulmonary training, understand the differences between the patient's cardiopulmonary function, balance ability, muscle strength and softness before and after the functional performance training to understand the differences between the functional manifestations of scoliosis and normal adolescents, and understand The effect of functional scoliosis on patients with scoliosis after treatment of scoliosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有下列情況則予以排除，包括：(1)接受荷爾蒙補充療法者、(2)服用干擾肌肉骨骼代謝藥物者、(3)副甲狀腺亢進或低下者、(4)三個月內有骨折或者開刀者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) receiving hormone replacement therapy;
(2) taking drugs that interfere with musculoskeletal metabolism;
(3) parathyroid hyperthyroidism or depression;
(4) having a fracture or surgery within three months.
