研究目的：

利用多模态MRI技术研究认知障碍及抑郁患者大脑结构、功能代谢方面的改变，探索认知障碍及抑郁患者与正常人群是否存在大脑结构和功能的差异，并分析影像学改变、认知量表与临床变量之间的相关性，为认知障碍及抑郁的神经生物学机制提供影像学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the cerebral structural and functional alteration in cognitive impairment and depression patients by using multimodal MRI, find out whether there are cerebral structural and functional differences between cognitive impairment/depression patients and normal people, and to analyze the correlation between imaging changes, cognitive scale and clinical variables, in order to provide imaging evidence for the neurobiological mechanism of cognitive impairment and depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）高血压；
（2）糖尿病；
（3）癌症；
（4）中风；
（5）出血；
（6）汗密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-24）评分﹤8分；
（7）重大创伤；
（8）严重白质高信号；
（9）脑积水；
（10）自身免疫疾病；
（11）酒精或药物滥用史；
（12）认知缺陷；
（13）左利手
（14）中文不流利；
（15）独居；
（16）有MRI检查禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hypertension;
(2) Diabetes;
(3) Cancer;
(4) Stroke;
(5) Bleeding;
(6) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score <8 points;
(7) Major trauma;
(8) Severe white matter hypersignalling;
(9) Hydrocephalus;
(10) Autoimmune diseases;
(11) History of alcohol or drug abuse;
(12) cognitive impairment;
(13) left handedness
(14) not fluent in Chinese;
(15) living alone;
(16) MRI examination was contraindicated.
