研究目的：

本试验拟综合采用fMRI和DTI的多序列MRI 技术，采集相关脑区指向性激活/负激活情况、脑白质纤维完整性和脑皮层厚度这些指标，比较脑吞咽联动技术和单纯康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复早期吞咽功能障碍的中枢机制的特异性，从而为脑吞咽联动技术在临床应用和推广提供一定科学依据，同时也为下一步动物实验提供前期研究基础。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, fMRI and DTI multi-sequence MRI techniques were used to collect the indicators of directional activation/negative activation, white matter fiber integrity and cortical thickness, and to compare the differences of swallowing dysfunction between brain swallowing linkage technology and rehabilitation training alone in the early recovery stage of ischemic stroke. By revealing the specificity of the central mechanism of brain swallowing linkage technology in the treatment of early recovery dysphagia after ischemic stroke, this study provides a scientific basis for the clinical application and promotion of brain swallowing linkage technology, and also provides a preliminary research basis for the next animal experiment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并脏腑功能不全，及重症感染者；2.有中重度认知障碍等不能配合试验者；3.既往有或合并有影响吞咽功能的其他疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with visceral insufficiency and severe infection;
2. Those with moderate or severe cognitive impairment can not cooperate with the test;
3. Those with other diseases that affect swallowing function in the past or combined.
