研究目的：

通过Tecnobody PK252平衡测试及训练系统、Opal inertial sensors(APDM, Inc)及max protractor软件等方式对帕金森患者进行平衡、步态及姿势等方面进行评估，分析DBS对帕金森患者症状的改善。  

Objectives of Study：

The balance, gait and posture of Parkinson's patients were evaluated by Tecnobody PK252 balance test and training system, Opal inertial sensors (APDM, Inc) and max protractor software to analyze the improvement of DBS symptoms in Parkinson's patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有明显的认 知功能障碍；
2. 严重( 难治性) 抑郁、焦虑、精神分裂症等精神类疾病；
3. 有医学共存疾病影响手术或生存期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious cognitive dysfunctions;
2. Severe (refractory) depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses;
3. Medical coexisting diseases affect surgery or survival.
