研究目的：

1.验证肺部超声能够用于围术期指导肺保护性通气 2.比较个体化肺保护性通气对术后肺部并发症和术后认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. determine Lung Ultrasound can be used to guide perioperative Lung Prective Ventilation; 2. compare effect of individualized Lung Prective Ventilation on Postoperative Pneumonary Complications and congnitive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有中重度肺部疾病，肺大泡等
2.患有中重度心脏疾病（NYHA＞II级,急性冠脉综合征，持续性心律失常）
3.患有精神疾病
4.患有神经肌肉疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with mild or severe respiratory disease;
2. mild or Severe heart disease (NYHA III - IV, or acute coronary syndrome, persistent ventricular arrhythmia);
3. mental disease;
4. Patients with neuromuscular disease.
