研究目的：

本研究关注青少年的身心健康、旨在得到本地区的发病率、功能障碍特点、为筛查防治，尤其是非手术治疗提供科学支持；并培养高水平的筛查及防治人才队伍，在甘肃省特发性脊柱侧凸的防治工作中发挥重要作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the physical and mental health of adolescents, aims to obtain the morbidity and functional characteristics of the region, and provides scientific support for screening and prevention, especially for non-surgical treatment.It plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of idiopathic scoliosis in gansu province.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除对象：1、非特发性脊柱侧凸，例如先天性、神经肌肉性和功能性脊柱侧凸；2、存在其它系统疾病的青少年；3、不能签署或监护人不能签署知情同意书的青少年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-idiopathic scoliosis, such as congenital, neuromuscular, and functional scoliosis;
2. Teenagers with other system diseases;
3. Teenagers who cannot sign the informed consent or their guardians cannot sign the informed consent.
