Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of respiratory mechanics in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation after thoracic band restraint

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① BMI<18 或BMI>40
② 年龄<18岁
③ 不能放置鼻胃管
④ 气胸
⑤ 妊娠妇女
⑥ 存在严重低氧血症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) contraindication to introduction of nasogastric tube;
(2) Pregnant women;
(3)severe hypoxemia.
