Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Quick Fenestrater in situ open window reconstruction of the branched artery on the arch.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有重要脏器功能衰竭或其他严重疾病的受试者（包括严重感染；有过或计划器官移植者；入组前3个月内心肌梗塞、缺血性脑卒中、出血性脑卒中）；
2.已知对造影剂，镍或钛（镍钛合金）过敏的受试者；
3.近1个月内受试者参加过或正在参加其他任何器械或药物的临床试验；
4.由其他原因导致的不适宜原位开窗重建弓上分支动脉的患者，如主动脉解剖结构特殊或没有合适血管入路行原位逆行开窗术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with significant organ failure or other serious diseases (including severe infections; persons with or planning organ transplants; myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke within 3 months prior to the group);
2. subjects known to be allergic to contrast agents, nickel or titanium (nickel-titanium alloys);
3. in the last 1 months, the subjects have participated in or are participating in clinical trials of any other apparatus or drug;
4. Patients who are not suitable for other reasons to reconstruct the branched artery on the arch, such as the aortic anatomical structure is special or there is no suitable vascular entry line in situ retrograde window opening;

破膜重建弓上分支动脉的手术过程包括以下：①腔内可调控破膜系统经导引导管可顺利进入预定的弓部分支部位；②定位支架打开，破膜针穿过主动脉血管型支架的覆膜；③导丝经破膜针从穿刺破膜孔进入主动脉腔内，腔内可调控破膜系统可成功回撤；④球囊和分支支架分别进入穿刺破膜孔，成功扩张并重建分支动脉。
