Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the characteristics of positive psychology of nurses 2. To explore the influencing factors of positive psychological characteristics of nurses, including demographic factors, job-related factors and personality factors; 3. To explore the impact of positive psychological characteristics on nurses'life and work.
