通过收集并对比骨科非急性感染性创面患者使用壳聚糖蜂胶 PRP复合材料各种指标的变化来评价壳聚糖蜂胶 PRP复合材料在骨科非急性感染性创面中的临床效果和应用价值.  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect and application value of chitosan propolis PRP composite in non-acute infectious wounds of orthopedics by collecting and comparing the changes of various indexes of chitosan propolis PRP composites in patients with non-acute infectious wounds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有肿瘤、血小板功能异常、严重贫血、精神病、血液病、纤维蛋白合成障碍、严重心肺功能不全、严重肝肾功能不全、服用免疫抑制剂、感染急性期、骨髓炎的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with tumor, abnormal platelet function, severe anemia, psychosis, blood disease, fibrin synthesis disorder, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, taking immunosuppressive agents, acute infection, osteomyelitis.
