研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性随机对照试验，比较肛门内括约肌侧切术和经内外括约肌间隙肛门内括约肌侧切术治疗慢性肛裂的效果，旨在寻找一种微创、疼痛轻、愈合快，肛门功能伤害小的一种手术方式。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe a new technique for chronic anal fissure surgery aimed at minimally invasive, reduces pain, and evaluate the preliminary results concerning non-healing and intact anal function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）继发于基础疾病（获得性免疫缺陷综合征、肺结核、性传播疾病）的患者。（2）有严重糖尿病或心脏病病史，对硝酸盐类药物不耐受的患者。（3）对马应龙麝香软膏有明显不良反应的患者。（4）孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluded from the study were patients with associated anal pathologies, intestinal inflammation disorders or fissure secondary to an underlying disease (acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted disease), immunosuppression,- patients with a history of headaches or heart disease, patients allergic to Ma Ying Long Musk Hemorrhoids Ointmen,pregnant and lactating women
