研究目的：

探索应用智能提醒系统提高HIV阴性MSM人群口服替诺福韦依从性，以降低HIV新发感染率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of intelligent reminder system to improve the compliance of oral tenofovir in HIV-negative MSM population, so as to reduce the new HIV infection rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.空白对照组：常规干预措施，包括免费安全套的发放、健康教育、定期HIV检测等措施。 2.服药常规干预组：每日口服拉米夫定替诺福韦片（300mg+300mg）+ 电子药盒（瓶）依从性监测+常规干预措施 受试药物及规格：拉米夫定替诺福韦片，规格为300mg+300mg；受试药物用法用量：每次300mg+300mg，每日1次，口服； 电子药盒（瓶）依从性监测：每位参与服药的MSM研究对象发放一个电子药瓶，用于储存药品、监测和发送服药信息数据。试验期间，电子药盒（瓶）与研究对象实行编号绑定，实时采集电子药盒（瓶）监测数据 。 3.智能服药提醒组：常规干预组 + APPs智能提醒。APPs智能提醒系统将包括以下几部分： 电子药盒（瓶）依从性监测，同服药常规干预组。 手机APP软件：开发一套手机APP软件，用于接收服药提醒信息。也可作为一个HIV健康信息分享和咨询终端，查询课题组提供的所有宣传信息，并通过它与课题组进行健康信息咨询交流。同时，也是MSM研究对象之间交友和信息交流的平台。 提醒服务器：作为提醒系统的中枢，提醒服务器主要是接收来自智能电子药瓶发回的服药信息数据，进行数据管理监测，通过分析，及时给特定需要提醒的对象发送服药提醒信息。同时，通过服务器，发布HIV健康信息，进行HIV防控知识宣传。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重过敏性疾患史者；
2. 有严重心、肝（AST、ALT超过正常值上限1.5倍）、肾（BUN、Cr超过正常上限）疾患或造血功能障碍、出血倾向及出血性疾患者；
3. 有精神、神经系统疾患者；
4. HBsAg和HBeAg检测阳性；
5. 晚期肿瘤患者；
6. 依从性差，难以完成治疗者；
7. 生命垂危，不能完成疗程者；
8. 3月内参加过新药临床试验或参加过同品种临床试验；
9. 免疫功能缺陷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of severe allergic diseases;
2. Patients with severe heart, liver (AST, ALT 1.5 times higher than the normal ceiling), or kidney (BUN, Cr over normal ceiling) or with hematopoietic disorder, hemorrhagic tendency, hemorrhagic diseases;
3. Patients with mental and neurological disorders;
4. Positive HBsAg or anti-HBc through screening;
5. Patients with advanced tumors;
6. Those with poor compliance and hard to complete the treatment;
7. Those whose life is in danger and can not complete the course of treatment;
8. Participated in clinical trials of new drugs or clinical trials of the same variety within 3 months.
9. Immune deficiency.
