1. ASD high-risk infant hand gesture development track and its difference with LR-ASD infants; 2. Predictive value of early gesture ability level for post-diagnosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准为：排除其他躯体疾病，如癫痫、瘫痪、听力障碍、视力障碍等；排除唐氏综合征、Rett 综合征、威廉姆斯综合征、脆性X综合征、特殊语言发育障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude other physical diseases such as epilepsy, delirium, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc.; exclude Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, fragile X syndrome, special language development disorders and so on.
