研究目的：

前瞻性研究腰椎新手术技术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的可行性、疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To prospectively study the feasibility, efficacy and safety of new surgical techniques for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不能耐受手术的患者；凝血性障碍患者； Ⅱ°以上腰椎滑脱；腰椎不稳并有明显的腰痛，VAS评分大于5分发育性腰椎管狭窄症；影像学显示重度腰椎管狭窄症；伴有全身疾病不能接受全身麻醉者；合并其它疾病有手术禁忌症者。活跃性感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. patients with coagulopathy;
3. lumbar spondylolisthesis above 2 degrees;
4. lumbar instability and significant lumbago, with VAS scores greater than 5;
5. developmental lumbar spinal stenosis;
6. imaging showed severe lumbar spinal stenosis;
7. patients with systemic disease who cannot receive general anesthesia;
8. patients who have surgical contraindications for other diseases;
9. active infection.
