研究目的:

研究目标一 探索有氧运动干预对学龄前儿童执行功能的发展是否有促进作用。 研究目标二 识别有氧运动干预对学龄前儿童静息态脑活动特征的影响,研究有氧运动干预对学龄前儿童执行功能影响的神经机制,为探索更多有效的促进学龄前儿童执行功能发展的干预方式提供新的思路和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Objective 1: To explore whether aerobic exercise intervention can promote the development of executive function in preschool children. Objective 2: To identify the influence of aerobic exercise intervention on the resting state brain activity characteristics of preschool children, and to study the neural mechanism of the influence of aerobic exercise intervention on the executive function of preschool children, so as to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for exploring more effective intervention methods to promote the development of executive function in preschool children.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1) 韦克斯勒智力测试得分<75 分者;
(2) 有心血管和/或呼吸系统疾病者;
(3) 经家长/监护人医学问卷筛选确认不能参加中等强度运动者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Wechsler intelligence test score <75;
(2) Have cardiovascular and/or respiratory diseases;
(3) Those who cannot participate in moderate intensity exercise confirmed by the medical questionnaire of parents/guardians.
