研究目的：

1验证T12行竖脊肌神经阻滞是否能满足手术切口范围，以及在临床中的安全性及有效性是否值得推广。2验证基于ERAS的理念，全麻联合竖脊肌平面阻滞是否可以促进患者下肢活动，加快胃肠恢复，术后肺部感染等并发症少，缩短平均住院率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify whether T12 spinal nerve block can satisfy the surgical incision range and whether it is safe and effective in clinical practice. 2. To verify whether general anesthesia combined with plane block of erector spine muscle can promote lower limb activity, accelerate recovery of gastrointestinal tract, reduce complications such as pulmonary infection after operation, and shorten the average hospitalization rate based on ERAS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

精神异常、病态肥胖、肝肾疾病、凝血障碍、感染、长期慢性止疼药使用者以及对局麻药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included patients with psychological disorders, morbid obesity, hepatic or renal dysfunction, coagulation disorders, sepsis, history of chronic analgesic use, and history of allergy to local anesthetics.
