研究目的：

针对糖尿病周围神经病超声下的形态改变制定一个神经超声评分标准，以协助糖尿病周围神经病的诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to assist the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, a neuroultrasound scoring standard was established for the morphological changes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy under ultrasound.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）排除其他神经系统病变（如颈腰椎病、脑梗死、格林巴利综合征、肾功能不全性周围神经病等）；
（2）其他系统严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤等）；
（3）其他可能引起周围神经病变的因素（慢性酒精中毒、药物、金属毒物等接触史）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) with other nervous system diseases (such as cervical and lumbar spine disease, cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome, renal insufficiency peripheral neuropathy, etc.);
(2) with other system serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, cerebral infarction, etc.);
(3) and other factors (such as chronic alcoholism, drugs, metal poisoning, etc.) that may cause peripheral neuropathy.
