研究目的：

1. 探究超早期床旁功率自行车活动对危重症患者ICU获得性衰弱的预防效果； 2. 探究超早期床旁功率自行车活动对危重症患者肌肉质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the preventive effect of very early bedside cycle exercise on ICU-acquired weakness in critically ill patients 2. Exploring the effects of very early bedside cycle exercise on muscle quality of critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有原发运动功能障碍或明确的神经肌肉疾病，如重症肌无力、格林巴利综合征、肌萎缩侧索硬化等；
2. 腰椎、骨盆、下肢创伤或手术；
3. 颅内压增高；
4. 四肢缺陷；
5. 下肢行动脉置管术，持续接受CRRT、IBAP、ECMO者；
6. 下肢深静脉血栓形成；
7. 存在活动性出血
8. 有起搏器或植入式除颤器；
9. 孕妇；
10. 双下肢测量点出现红肿、出血等情况；
11. 预期死亡或进行姑息治疗；
12. 参与其它研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have primary motor dysfunction or clear neuromuscular diseases, such as myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.;
2. Lumbar vertebrae, pelvis, lower extremity trauma or surgery;
3. Increased intracranial pressure;
4. Limb defects;
5. Lower extremity arterial catheterization, continuous acceptance of CRRT, IBAP, ECMO;
6. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities;
7. There is active bleeding
8. Having a pacemaker or an implantable defibrillator;
9. Pregnant women;
10. Redness, bleeding, etc. occurred in the measurement points of the lower extremities;
11. Expecting death or performing palliative care;
12. Participate in other research.
