研究目的:

研究原发性帕金森病步态障碍的电生理机制,脑深部电刺激治疗对原发性帕金森病伴冻结步态患者的脑功能连接的影响。为脑深部电刺激治疗原发性PD的冻结步态提供生物标记物标志,以及脑深部电刺激治疗对帕金森病伴随冻结步态患者的疗效分析。  

Objectives of Study:

To study the electrophysiological mechanism of idiopathic Parkinson's disease gait disorder and the effect of deep brain stimulation on brain function connectivity in patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease with freezing gait. Provides biomarkers for predict the efficacy of DBS for patients with Parkinson's disease with freezing gait.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、有明确脑卒中、 颅内肿瘤等其他中枢神经系统病史;
2、正在服用抗抑郁、 抗焦虑及抗精神病药物( 影响脑血流量) 。
3、有明确可能引起步态障碍的骨关节疾病。
4、有明确可能引起步态障碍的周围血管病变。
5、其他可能引起步态障碍的疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Have a history of other central nervous system diseases such as stroke and intracranial tumors;
2. Taking antidepressant, anti-anxiety and antipsychotic drugs (affecting cerebral blood flow);
3. Bone and joint diseases that may cause gait disorders;
4. Peripheral vascular lesions that may cause gait disorders;
5. Other diseases that may cause gait disorders.
