研究目的：

1.创建阻断有生育需求HIV单阳家庭夫妻间传播的集成干预技术1项； 2.新诊断有生育需求HIV单阳家庭的感染者在确证3个月内病毒抑制率达到90%以上； 3.健康配偶HIV年新发感染率下降至少30%。  

Objectives of Study：

To create integrated intervention technics for the prevention of HIV transmission between serodiscordant couples with fertility plan. To reach a virus suppression rate of above 90% for the HIV positives in serodiscordant families within three months since diagnosis. to decrease the rate of yearly new HIV infection cases by at least 30%, for the healthy spouses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.阴性配偶在3个月内阳转；
2.阳性方为男男同性性行为者；
3.入组前半年及以上处于夫妻分居状态；
4.患有严重的精神或其他疾病，不能配合调查的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Seroconversion occurs for the negative partner within three months;
2. The positive partner has male homosexual behavior;
3. The couples have separated for half a year or more before being included;
4. Patients or his/her partners who suffer from serious mental disorder or other diseases, incapable of being investigated.
