研究目的：

评估三焦点人工晶体治疗白内障术后老视的疗效。观察比较植入三焦点人工晶体和非对称区域折射人工晶体术后患者的视力、客观视觉质量、患者满意度和脱镜率等指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of trifocal intraocular lens in the treatment of presbyopia after cataract surgery. To compare the visual acuity, objective visual quality, patient satisfaction and spectacle independece of patients after implantation of trifocal intraocular lenses and asymmetriccal regional refractive intraocular lenses.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①角膜变性、角膜炎、角膜斑翳等角膜疾病；②青光眼、缺血性视神经病变等视神经疾病；③视网膜血管疾病、视网膜脱离、黄斑变性等视网膜疾病；④晶状体半脱位；⑤眼外伤病史、准分子激光手术史和其他内眼手术史；⑥全身严重疾病史不能耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) corneal diseases, such as corneal degeneration, keratitis, corneal leukoma; 2) optic nerve diseases, such as glaucoma, ischemic optic neuropathy; 3) retinal diseases, such as retinal vascular disease, retinal detachment, macular degeneration; 4) lens subluxation; 5) previous history of trauma of eyes, excimer laser surgery or other intraocular surgery; 6) severe systemic diseases that cannot receive surgery.
