研究目的：

本研究通过采用前瞻性观察方法建立IPAF临床资料库与生物样本库，探究IPAF自然史及预后，预期建立IPAF进展加重的预警模型，并应用 CER (Comparative effectiveness research，CER）研究对不同药物治疗的实际疗效进行评价，以此来探索IPAF疾病的优化诊治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective observation method was adopted to establish a clinical database and a biological sample database of IPAF, explore the natural history and prognosis of IPAF, and establish an early warning model of IPAF progression. Furthermore, Comparative effectiveness research (CER) was applied to evaluate the actual efficacy of different drug treatments, so as to explore the optimal diagnosis and treatment of IPAF.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
2.患有活动性恶性肿瘤和或血液系统疾病；
3.患有严重的未控制的其他系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Have active malignant tumors and/or diseases of the blood system;
3. Suffering from serious uncontrolled diseases of other systems.
