研究目的：

探讨单侧针刺曲池、外关穴针刺前、留针时及拔针后不同时间点对健康受试者双侧运动皮层兴奋性及长时程增强脑可塑性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of acupuncture at Quchi(LI11) and Waiguan(BJ5) acupoints on the bilateralized motor cortex(M1) excitability and long-term potentiation(LTP) plasticity in healthy volunteers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有基础疾病、头颅外伤、药物滥用及酗酒史；
（2）有针刺、经颅磁刺激治疗经历；
（3）对针刺或经颅磁刺激有强烈恐惧感或其它原因不能配合者；
（4）体内有金属残留物者（包括起搏器、义齿等）；
（5）女性怀孕、哺乳期或月经期；
（6）依从性不好，不能坚持完成整个试验过程者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of basic diseases, head injuries, drug abuse and alcoholism;
(2) Experience of acupuncture and transcranial magnetic stimulation;
(3) Those who have strong fear of acupuncture or transcranial magnetic stimulation or other reasons can not cooperate;
(4) those with metal residues (including pacemakers, dentures, etc.);
(5) Pregnancy, lactation or menstruation;
(6) Those who have poor compliance and can't insist on completing the whole test process.
