本研究通过术后鼻饲护理下颌骨骨折患者，以观察术后感染的发生率.  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the incidence of postoperative infection in mandibular fractures through the use of nasal feeding .

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因全身系统性疾病不能耐受全麻手术的患者。
2.不愿意参与该临床试验效果评价的患者；
3.有全麻手术禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systematic diseases, such as coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes;
2. Patients unable to participate in consent procedures and clinical assessments;
3. contraindications to general anesthesia operation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由专人将数据录入Excel电子表格，保存于研究者处；患者临床病史记录为纸质版，主管医师签字后保存于武汉大学口腔医院病案室，以备查阅。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are recorded and saved by researchers with EXCEL. The medical records signed by the doctor in charge are all in print edition, which will be saved in the medical-record department of School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University .
