研究目的：

研究胃肠开腹手术中采用肺保护性通气（Lung-protective ventilation，LPV）对患者术后肺部并发症（PPCs）的影响,并探讨其危险因素  

Objectives of Study：

The present prospective, randomized, double-blind study aimed to explore the effects of patients undergoing gastrointestinal laparotomy are ventilated using a lung-protective ventilation(LPV). The primary aim of this study was to determine whether patients undergoing gastrointestinal laparotomy were ventilated using a lung-protective ventilation(LPV) strategy could protect the lung. The secondary aim was to investigate the association between age, gender, smoking, peak inspiratory pressure(PIP) and the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications(PPCs).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

诱导期有反流误吸者；术中气道压力峰值异常增高者；术毕不能拔出气管导管；术后转入ICU者

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative hypoxemia, heart disease, serious liver and kidney damage, history of thoracic and abdominal surgery, history of drug allergy, those with reflux aspiration, abnormal increase of intraoperative peak inspiratory pressure,the tracheal catheter cannot be pulled out after the operation., patients transferred to ICU after surgery.
